Nope. It's always an aisle seat.

Happy Birthday...
However, the producers felt it would be difficult for people to be climbing over each other during the show. It wouldn't be pretty. Maybe you can switch, but no guarantees it will be in row A.

Well If I did switch what would I say to the person in A101 why I wanted to switch they would think I was crazy or something.

Yeah, it might not even BE A101.
Even though when I saw it it was.
Oh wow. I am so excited. I will hopefulyl be seeing it many times in Las Vegas, and once in NY.

Kevinoes, do you have a bootleg of the original cast perf.?
That's the name of the man pulled out of A101 in it.
Careful, Lady...bootleg talk is verboten on this site!
When I saw it there was an elderly lady in A101 and she didn't want to go up. They didn't argue with her, just turned around without missing a beat and pulled kid from another aisle seat. He was about 10 and he was great.

yeah... i used to usher this show... they dont always pick D101... it will basically be any seat on the aisle between rows A and E, they look for people who would make the scene funny i.e... small kids, old ladys, pregnant women
When I saw it the seat was D101.
The whole cast said "Duh-oye?"
Does the cast pronounce the seat number "A101" as a word?
It doesn't seem to have the same comic effect.
They say it "Ay-oy." Both times I saw it (which were both pretty early in the run), it was A101.
