Quick question. I'm going to NY at the end of the summer and i would love to see Spamalot. Do they usually have tickets at the TKTS booth or should i book some in advance?
I don't think Spamalot has ever been on TKTS. Buy them in advance.
I second that. Book them in advance to sure you have them
It's a VERY populetar show.
Thanks, i'll order them soon. I wasn't sure if they'd be up there yet or not.
bump
I see that Spamalot is at the TKTS booth according to tkts.com.
Has anyone passed by and saw it up?

Yup for the since the summer ended its been up there most every Tuesday through Thursday.
thanks..
i was planning on going this Saturday to get the TKTS tickets for it, but i guess that wont work now! :)
I was able to get tickets at the end of august which was an awsome surprise. Went on my birthday. I think i paid about 80 and my seat was in about the fourth row off to the right. The view was great although there were a few times where you couldn't see a few things. It was still great though!
http://www.entertainment-link.com/tkts.asp Spamalot was at TKTS for half the shows this past week for 35% off, but it has been 50% in the past.
When I went it was 35% off. I was only there for a week and wasn't going to pass up the chance to go. Little pricey but worth every penny.
I think Spamalot's popularity is going to be wearing off soon, perhaps within the upcoming year.
I agree... it seems like it is slowly going down hill.
I still love it though, I think it is a great show!
I'd check theatremania, playbill.com and broadwaybox.com. I know I received a discount offer for Spamalot recently, I just don't remember which service.

I think the Spamalot hype is slowly going to die down

Once the Big 3 left, anyone with half a brain could tell it would go down hill.
Who is this Lauren Kennedy person? At lease some folks know Harry Groener.
When the team of Hadaray & Mazzie join, it'll dip further....who knows who they are, besides theaterfiles?
I'm excited for to see them....and the fact that I can get there at 9:59:59 and get a Standing Room Ticket.

Considering the box office closes at 8:30, you may not be able to get that ticket at 9:59:59, LOL!
But now that Spamalot is without its stars, it's going through the September-November slump, just like every show that isn't Jersey Boys or Wicked. It's unfortunate, because the show is still in great form.
yankeefan meant that you could walk up just as the box office opens to get SRO without waiting a long time beforehand.
did anyone see Spamalot on the board today for the matinee or evening?
thanks
no its Saturday......http://www.entertainment-link.com/tkts.asp

Does anybody think that it will be on TKTS for a Sunday Night in December?
Also, what are the chances of Grey Gardens being up?
I doubt it'll be up on weekends in December because of the holidays and people returning to town.
