Glad I saw the OBC since I have no desire to see this cast. It's like "Unknown Mountain".

Every actor was "unkown" at some point. Good for these guys.

This show doesn't need any "name" to draw ppl.

For the price the ask for such tours, I like some names with those lead roles. Otherwise, the show is fluff.

"NAMES" didn't make the show good on Broadway.

Well, if it came near me, I'd go to see David Turner!

HOW THE TABLES HAVE TURNED!

I'd go to see him.

jimmirae, aren't you making an unfair judgement? The "star" here is the Monty Python...unless you have seen these actors perform, you can't assume the show is just going to be not that good. I've seen plenty of shows with "unknowns" playing the leads and often found them very good in the role...you have to give people a chance, we all have to start out somewhere. David Hyde Pierce, Tim Curry, and Hank Azaria were all unknowns at one point. Had people not paid attention to them, they wouldn't have gotten to where they are today.

Also in the theatre world some actors who started off as "unknowns" or "very little known" and who have made a name for themselves in the theatre world include Sutton and Hunter Foster, Jennifer Gambatese, Shoshana Bean, Adam Pascal, Matthew Morrison, even Nathan Lane.

"'NAMES' didn't make the show good on Broadway."

NOTHING makes the show good on Broadway! And we'll find out soon enough if the show can carry itself.

Its amazing how people loved this show before it got insanely successful, and now its just ripped on. I enjoyed it immensely, and can't wait to see this new cast on tour - "Unknowns" don't bother me. Pre-Spamalot, Sara Ramirez was basically an unknown. Pre-Millie, Sutton was basicallyl an unknown, and lets not even talk about everyones darling Idina pre-Rent.

There's always room for pathos - and jazz hands.

What are you talking about? Like The Producers, it was a sell-out before it even had its World Premier in Chicago. Now, people have actually been able to see it and give their opinions.

Michael Siberry is certainly a known quantity. Not only was he Nicholas Nickleby, he was a great Billy Flynn in the West End "Chicago" and, more recently, he played a fine Shakespeare in "The Frogs" at the Beaumont.

Bradley Dean was, until recently, touring with "Evita", playing Che.

Faced with these Loreleis, what man can moralize!

Amanda Kloots was the bikini girl in the opening number of Good Vibrations. When my friend and I had rush seats for this show, we happened to be seated next to her parents and talked to them for quite a bit before and during intermission. Such sweet people and they were so proud of her for acheiving her dream of Broadway. We didn't get a chance to meet her after but if she was anything like her parents, I'm happy for her and wish her well.
