Since Sweet Charity isn't opening my friend and I have agreed on Spamalot to go see on June 10th instead. The only problem is when I go on Telecharge they say no tickets available. Am I trying to order too far in advance or are they already sold out that far in advance? I was trying for other days that we will be in the city and they all say no tickets available. If they aren't on sale yet does anyone know how long until I can actually buy them?

Thanks for any help. I do hope I can get tickets for Spamalot, because the only other show my friend wants to see is La Cage and I really don't want to see that, except of course for Gavin Creel, but that's not a good reason to see a show (just for one actor).

So yeah, anyway, help would be appreciated!

You can call the box office, but it's pretty safe to say that Spamalot is sold out. For a very long time.

Partial viewed seats are actually available, and I've heard that you can see everything except for one quick scene.

"Do you know what pledge time is, Andrew"? said the PBS Executive. "Yes", Lloyd Webber replied. "My 50th birthday special must be one program that gets done a lot." "No", mused the man from PBS heedlessy. "Not so much. Our Stephen Sondheim Carnegie Hall concert. That's a big one." Spoons, forks and knives seemed suddenly to suspend their motion in horror, all around the table.

we'd take anything at this point. But whenever I search telecharge it just coes up "No tickets available" I searched all 3 days we're there.

Guess I might just be forced to see La Cage, since my friend refuses to see Spelling Bee for some strange reason. Just thought we might have a shot with Spamalot, since its a show we both can agree on.

Can't you compromise? If your friend is forcing you to see La Cage, why can't you force your friend to see Spelling Bee?

we're only there for 3 days. We have tickets to DRS and are meeting a freind to lotto RENT so that leaves us Saturday and we can only afford one more show. So that leaves us with La Cage or Spamalot.

I don't know why my friend won't give Spelling Bee a chance, it's cheaper than tickets to the other two, we can get Row A tickets and it's a great show thats getting a ton of great reviews. She just doesn't want to give anything with broadway actors she doesn't know a chance I guess. I've tried everything, including offering to buy her ticket and she still doesn't want to see it. But knowing her once it wins Tonys and she sees them performing she'll be all "I want to see that why didn't we get tickets for that" She never listens to me and I'm always right re: Spamalot ticket question

Then, why don't you see Spelling Bee, and she see LA Cage?If you all can't agree, then why go together?
This way you will have some extra money left over, and she will be broke.

haha trust me I've been thinking about it! I might suggest that too her if she's up for it, it's just this is the only time we see each other for our annual NYC trip and it's a lot more fun to go with someone to a show. I may see if she's up for lottoing or student rush or whatever Spelling Bee is going to offer for Saturday Mat. So we'll see if maybe we can't do both. Maybe I can wear her down.

Ditch her and go to Spelling Bee. Such a great show, and I found La Cage to be a disappointment.
