My friend is going for the second time. He said there are a lot of cancellations for tonight's performance and he thinks they are papering the performance. Evidently he has been helping get people to the theater.

how can I get a ticket for $20 without having to wait in line for 2.5 hours?

You'd have to wait 2.5 hours to get the $30 rush seats...for $20, you're out of luck.
