I was wondering whether anyone with knowledge of the Hilton theater could help me out. I live in the UK and will be in New York in November and have been trying to book a ticket for Spiderman. I have a serious back problem and arthritis in my legs so really need either an aisle seat or lots of leg room. As usual booking with ticketmaster is a nightmare as they keep offering the same seat over and over, so trying to get an aisle seat has proved impossible. Could anyone please advise me as to whether there is ample leg room at the Hilton so I know whether I can risk booking a seat which is not on an aisle? ( I don't eant to pay £150 and then find I can't sit there! lol)

This theater used to have the best leg room on Broadway, but it was reduced somewhat in the orchestra because of the new seating configuration. Go with an aisle seat in the "flying circle". There is still ample leg room there, and the aisle seat will help even more. Not to mention that these seats should be excellent for Spider-Man.

Call Ticketmaster and tell them you have special needs or a disability and let the customer service rep go in an pull you an aisle seat. I HATE TICKETMASTER!!!!! Good luck on getting a seat that meets your needs, safe travels and enjoy the show! :) Take care.

Thanks for your help ballyboo and bettyboy. Unfortunately the Circle is not an option for me (could not cope with the stairs). I'll try phoning Ticketmaster (though that's not easy from the UK costwise or time difference-wise) - though I'm not hopeful. I phoned ticketmaster earlier this year when I was trying to book for another show and they were singularly unhelpful. It seems that people with disabilities can only book shows that sell tickets through telecharge as I never have a problem finding an aisle seat with them.

You can also call the theater directly. They have a special phone line for special requests like this. 212-556-4715

I think the theatre has elevators to the Dress Circle (or Flying Circle).
