I agree. I don't know if Annaleigh is right for the role. I want the witch to go to someone else. Kristin, Sutton, Heather (her specifically, because of the phenomenal MUNY production), Audra, Idina are all great choices.

 

That being said, this is not happening. Don't see why we (me included) are still letting this thread go on lol

lol that MUNY production was BUSTED. Heather was a MESS. She sounded like a pop star trying to sing Sondheim. It was entertaining but it was NOT Into The Woods.

Honestly, I'd prefer to see Annaleigh as Rapunzel. I think she has the comedic chops to really play her excellently.
