Does anyone know if licensing is available for amateur productions of "Starlight Express?" If so, who owns the rights? Thanks for your help!

Did anyone see the Vegas/Hilton production years ago?
That was a fun show.
Unfortunately they got rid of it for some Star Trek drek.
