No,it is not a part that would suit her well, but that song from her concert that is like really crazy...kinda like "Not getting Married" but I still think it is not a good match.

Actually, I could see this. She does have a sort of manic energy.

^ this. Jenny would be perfect for her. Judy in 9 to 5 is a sort of Jenny[ish Joanne].
When I see the phrase "the ____ estate", I imagine a vast mansion in the country full of monocled men and high-collared women receiving letters about productions across the country and doing spit-takes at whatever they contain.
