Thanks for the info. I loved this show and can't wait to hear that glorious score again. Will and Malcolm were wonderful in their respecitve roles. I feel honored to have seen it four times.

good vibrations, cry baby and all the other flops that where on brodawy this year or last year need to be put on cd so they will not fade away forever.

Flaws that this show had, the score was NOT one - I can't wait for the CD.

I hope I like it. I have a tendency to immediately like a score, and then I get home and try and listen to it again and I can't make it through it - like The Wedding Singer and Shrek.

They've really, really gotta stop releasing these things early on itunes. It's a horrible, horrible marketing ploy that totally works and gets me to buy a cast recording twice, but I'm not sure I can afford it much longer.

I never buy cast recordings off of itunes because i needs to have the booklet.

I "need" them too, but that never seems to stop me from buying the tracks early on itunes.

It's not so much a marketing ploy as it is just plain faster to release. With iTunes, you upload the disc and the digital artwork. With cds, you have them manufactured, printed, sent to the offices, who send them to the distributors, who sends them to the stores/Amazon (etc). So, to get the albums out to the people who want them (especially in the PS Classics case, where we have been doing digital booklets) quickly, we've been doing early iTunes releases.
