I know there was another thread, but now that the show has premiered on Netflix, what does everybody think? I won’t see it ‘til tomorrow or Friday...but let’s get a new thread going...

Well, I’m 30 minutes into it now and I think it’s pretty great. Very entertaining and even if her voice is at 80% (as somebody proclaimed on another thread), Streisand at 80% is still better than many giving their all. 75 never sounded this good. Am I really the only person watching this or are you all stuck in the kitchen prepping for Thanksgiving tomorrow?
Catch it when you’ve got the time. You won’t be sorry.

I was very disappointed that they cut the "Loving You" duet from Passion with Patrick Wilson. I saw the show with him in Brooklyn and it was amazing.

I was looking forward to seeing Patrick Wilson. I saw Seth McFarlane, "Pure Imagination" in LA in addition to Jamie Foxx and Babyface.
Maybe they will add Patrick as Bonus Footage if they release a DVD.

She still got it but we all know her voice strains on the upper notes but she's 75 and her voice is in damn good shape for someone her age. She's really lightened up in her later years and looks as if she's enjoying performing her concerts as for the rapport with her audience. The highlight is her duet with Jamie Foxx that adds a jolt of pure electricity. He really revs up the crowd and sings an awesome “Climb Ev’ry Mountain with her.
The sound is terrible! Purely entertaining a must watch!

Patrick Wilson sang with Barbra Streisand at the show in Miami and then tweeted about it. And since there was no video of that performance, I was waiting for the Netflix show assuming it would be there. It isn't. Just weird and disappointing.
