But there's a difference between getting through it and singing the hell out of it...just like Chita did back in the 60's.

She is sensational on the recording. Full, rich, sassy belt that is thrilling.

Who could be Kim? I hope they get a newcomer. Jessica Grove would be my choice but she might be a little too old now, looking at the way they cast the reading of this.

I'm a big fan of the idea of Stephanie J. Block as Rosie, but if we're going for a real latina, I'd love to see Bianca Marroquin have a go at it.

I would LOVE to see Bianca! She's SUCH an amazing talent who needs a REALLY good role to show this community what she can do! I know she would be incredible in the role!

And you've hit the nail on the head why she won't get the role. She's still 'proving' herself. They're going to go with a star. And I don't disagree that the woman should be Latina. But, again I ask, who?

While Stephanie J. Block played Rose in the most recent workshop of the show at Roundabout, she has said that she will not be able to continue with the project once a full scale revival is mounted (she's contracted with WICKED at least through March and then begins work shortly after on NINE TO FIVE.)

Bianca Marroquin is a genius suggestion. She would be an absolutely thrilling Rose.

After tonight's episode of Grey's I wouldn't be surprised if Sara Ramirez is available soon anyways. And I would LOVE to see her as Rose.
