So, one question, does Stubhub has a physical store, right?
Can I get there and buy a ticket?
If the question is silly, I'm sorry lol

Stubhub offices have desktop computers you surf on their site to purchase tickets. One can do the same at home or on a mobile phone. Convenience is if it's a print ticket, printer is there in their offices. But as an earlier poster mentioned, The FedEx Office at the Marriott Marquis Hotel is great for last minute printing. It's on the 8th floor, next door to Hamilton & across the street from The Donna Summer Musical, if you're on 46 St. I purchased Hamilton tickets in June 2016 at about 6:52 and made it for the 7:00 show. Everyone was inside so no long line, just walked in, got scanned and prayed my ticket was legit and waited for the show to start at 7:05.
Very happy with StubHub. Fees are high but you get great customer support in return. I went through Tic Pick a few times and encountered ticket issues and their customer service isn't as supportive.

Yes, it's on the corner of 39th and Broadway.

If there are only computers to use to make purchases, you likley can't use cash. (Not speaking from experience, just from what I've heard.)

There are humans there, for one, to provide hard copies of tickets already paid for by customers online on the day of show, as was my situation. However, because there are humans there, I would not assume you can use cash, and I believe, if you look at the StubHub website help center it states that they do not accept cash.
