Looked on TDF for next weekend and it isn't on. Was wondering what the rush was like and where the seats are.
The American Plan
Student Rush: $26.50 - available on the day of the performance when the box office opens. Must show photo ID verifying current enrollment in a degree or diploma program. Limit 2 per valid ID. Subject to availability. Credit cards accepted.
THE AMERICAN PLAN received a rave review in today's New York Times.
You can also join MTC's 30 Under 30 program which allows you to seats in advance. Day-of rush is usually in the mezzanine, but with this program you generally get best available.
Was kinda looking for "do the tickets go quickly" and "where are the seats?"
I rushed this on Saturday for the matinee. I got there around 12:30 and got fourth row mezzanine, center.

Same with me. Granted, the entire mezz behind me as vacant except for the odd production member, so I just moved up and had a whole row to myself. But that was early in previews.
And the show got a rave in the NY times? Well, I don't understand it. Guess I'll have to pick up the Times today.
