Hi, I've been a frequent broadway traveler and i'm planning on doing a 3 show weekend at the end of June. So far i've got Harvey as a definite, now I want to choose 2 more shows.

My options are:

One Man, Two Guv'nors
Peter and the Starcatcher ( I hear great things about this one)
Newsies
The Best Man
Evita.

What are your opinions?

I am seeing.

Saturday:
2PM-Bring It On
8PM-Harvey

Sunday:
One Man Two Guv'nors.

I am now debating between Evita and Newsies. What do you guys think?
Which one should I go to?

EVITA
or
NEWSIES

I'd still say Peter and the Starcatcher, going off your original list. I absolutely loved it, it's a really special show and the cast is great, Christian Borle is a standout but the whole ensemble is really fantastic.

I need advice. I saw that Peter and the Starcatcher has a matinee on Fridays at 2PM. I bought tickets to see Newsies at night 8PM. I get in from Miami at 12:45 on Friday and am staying down the street on 47th ave only a block away from the theater should I risk it in buying tickets to see it at 2PM or not?

Get in where at 12:45? The hotel, the airport, the train station?

With travel time from the airport (which one?) and the potential for flight delays, that's a pretty tight window. I wouldn't spend much on a ticket if you do. I'd probably wait & see what time I got to the hotel and look into some of the day-of options Standing room/rush/TKTS etc for tickets.

Thats a great idea! I'm coming from LaGuadia. But I can wait for the same day when I get to the hotel room and see how it measures out.

How are you seeing BRING IT ON in late June? It doesn't open until Aug. 1st.
