There were actually 3 versions of SUNSET BLVD.

so again...care to explain. otherwise this is rather pointless. and i am genuinely interested in reading about this.

Version 1: the original London version (which was more dark and broody)

Version 2: the American Premiere version (which changed it's serious tone; these changes were added to the London production)

Version 3: the 2nd National Tour was reduced in scaled, restaged with a completely new scenic design, though kept the original costume design intact.

thanks brody, but now i'm just confused. that all happpened 10 years ago. i thought something new had surfaced. but at least now i know that it was allentown2 who was unclear in the point of this thread.
