This is the version of the song Barbra Streisand began her 1994 concerts with. The lyrics were re-written to reflect the event. You can find a recording of it on the CDs of the concert.

Are you just looking for the sheet music in general? Because lyrics are the easiest thing to change since your accompanist only references them.

The lyrics could easily be written in. The ending is a little different, but a talented accompanist could probably figure something out if you tell them what you want to do instead of playing it exactly as written.
