Susan Anton of ALL SHOOK UP the tour on CN8

I am watching this clip of an interview with her on CN8's Backstage with Barry Nolan and they showed clips of the show. Wow, this is so much different than the Broadway version. She is so much taller than the girl playing Natalie/Ed. Its so crazy.

They showed the guy who plays Chad, he looks the part but you couldn't hear them singing. They showed clips of Let Yourself Go and C'mon Everybody. It was odd. But I'm still playing on seeing it when it hits Philly.

I said this in a review, and so did someone else in theirs: Susan Anton was pretty laughable in ASU. I thought her voice was horrible. I'm not criticizing her take on the role or anything - she played it with a "mysterious devil woman" take, moreso than Jenny Lynn-Suckling (I saw it with her on Broadway).

I just did. I can find anything with All Shook Up and CN8.

I agree with millie. She was awful, vocally. Acting wise, she was merely passable. She played the laughs, and little else.
