Hey I was wondering had anyone seen Sweet Charity lately and whether or not Christina was still wearing the golden dancer boots and whether or not she was still limping in parts of the performance.
Dunno, but those boots are wickedly cool.

I saw her on Regis and Kelly, and she didnt seem to limping at all.

Depaul just wants to know about the boots and the limping. I didn't notice any judgement in his question. And the boots are not as nice as the regular heels she wears as part of the original costume. The heels give a prettier line to the dancer's legs.
Who said Cilento can choreograph? Well no need to worry guys, he's still the same old Wayne that we all know and love. Well...at least we know him.
Christina Applegate was injured?
You didn't hear? Bad hangnail apparently...
I thought she broke her career.
Before you all start in, I am totally kidding, I just couldn't resist.
I saw Sweet Charity Saturday night and there was no limping or any appearance of an injury.
I enjoyed myself by the way.
I saw it Saturday night as well. There was no limping, signs of pain, or signs of holding back. I had a great time, and I hope everyone goes to see her.
Seeing the show in 2 weeks. Trying to have as open a mind about her performance as possible. I actually have more of an open mind about Applegate than I do about Cilento.
Cilento surprised me with how un-spasmodic he was this time.

Munk could watch Christina do Charity in a wheel chair and he'd still report she was kicking her heels to the rafters...
What? That makes no sense. Go have some Geritol and a nice cup of tea. I hear the early bird special at the K-Mart Grill is sensational tonight, you might want to check it out before call it a night.
Yeah..not nice Chita. Munk posts regularly and happens to like this show. It's not nice to discredit his opinion.
Did Christina dance through the entire song "There's Gotta Be Something Better Than This?" I saw her on Friday the 22nd, and she stood off to the side for most of that number. I was very disappointed.
She danced in about half of it. I thought it worked fine the way it was staged- I didn't think anything was taken away.

Munk is a mean spirited person who attacks on the mere provocation of someone calling him on his lies. The geritol comments and the early bird specials...what in heaven's name does that have to do with the post about the boots and the limping.
I've seen him sink to banal insults when nothing else intelligent comes to mind. I don't care if he posts a million times, as Suzanne Sugarbaker used to say..."being rude is worse than being poor!"
Munk always gives excellent reviews. I highly value his opinions. Chita33 on the other hand has some real issues.
Lies? He said she was good and saw no sign of limping, whats your problem?

I have no issue with his reviews. They are well written and sometimes inspiring. Updated On: 4/26/05 at 08:02 PM
