Switching Seats - Telecharge

I know Telecharge doesn't allow refunds, but is there anyway to switch your tickets for another seat?

I want to see the show on the same day, but I would prefer other seats than what weren't originally bought.

I have switched and gotten refunds multiple times with them no questions asked. I just emailed them and they told me to purchase the new seats and email them the confirmation number. Then they refunded the original tickets.

Done it multiple times, never been an issue; for Ticketmaster as well.

I also switched dates/seats via Telecharge over the phone with no problem. My seats were the same price, so there was no charge or any change fees. I am pretty sure they will not refund anything. Good luck.

I just did this for Come from Away because i was worried about legroom for my dad (who had just had knee surgery) and they could not have been more helpful in finding the best seats for us to switch too (they just had to be in the same price point.)
