I could most def see Mya as "Michelle", only thing is the role is really a small one, in a production like this would she accept a role this small?

I was thinking the same thing then I thought, it's a little bigger than her role as Mona in Chicago.

While that is true, and I'm sure she grabbed the role of Mona in "Chicago" for the initial exposure I don't think she'd settle for a role as small as that of "Michelle" within the context of "Dreamgirls". I would think she would want a role that would showcase her more, unless they plan to expand the role for the screen if they hire someone of her caliber to do it. Updated On: 1/28/05 at 12:27 PM

Mya's a pretty good performer, she just never seemed to get that big break.Her last CD was in heavy roation in my car for a long time.

I think the role she takes probably depends more on who's playing the other parts. If it's a star-studded cast then she most likely will accept a smaller part

hahaha...regarding the comment above about Justin Guarini being Gay! now that is funny!

Justin has had serveral Girl friends post Idol i've seen all their pictures on his website and he use to talk about them fans had met them also! In fact, Justin dates pretty regularly from how many girlfriends pictures i've seen! lol

word from someone at tamyra's managment "19 ent"who updates a member of tamyra's web site(h.o.t)tamyra.org she may be working on a movie . no details were givin but maybe "dream girls" could be it . if not hopeully it will be something that shows off tamyra's musical as well as acting skills.
