It is my understanding that TDF only refunds your $ (sans the handling fee) if the show is cancelled. You may be able to past date the unused ticket, most Box Offices file the tickets that were not picked up.
I bought a ticket thru Audience Rewards for tomorrow matinee, called to see if I could reschedule since the show itself is allowing those who purchased tickets (through Telecharge) to do so. Unfortunately the rep at Audience Rewards would not change my date, sales are final. I asked what happens if I could not get in to the city, she said to call and they could contact the Box Office to see if they would past date my ticket.
I have been able to receive another ticket from the box office for a later date. Just bring the old confirmation with you. As long as the weather is the issue and tix are available, they should work with you..
The only review of a show that matters is your own.
Isn't it not supposed to start snowing until early Thursday morning?
When I see the phrase "the ____ estate", I imagine a vast mansion in the country full of monocled men and high-collared women receiving letters about productions across the country and doing spit-takes at whatever they contain.

If you're not able to go, give them a call. I live out of state and had issues come up that caused me not to be able to come to the city, and they were able to refund most of the tickets.
I love all of this bustle. NYC doesn't cancel for 8 inches and here I am outside of DC rescheduling one of my tickets for a regional show because we are expecting four inches!
At this moment it looks like it is supposed to start snowing around 3am Thursday morning until around 2pm when it will turn to rain. We're still two days out so that can change of course. If you decide to go (and are able to make it) I would recommend having a back up plan if you can't get out of the city. Snow, rain, and ice can make for a dangerous trip whether you're driving or taking public transit. Also, if you are using public transit see if the provider has an app and/or a twitter. NJ Transit has both and you can keep an eye on them for any announcements regarding delays and such.

A friend who had Wed evening tic for Rocky already got a refund from rtf
How? Tonight's performance has been cancelled due to issues with Con Ed. Wednesday was a scheduled "rehearsal" day with no performance. The first performance isn't until Thursday.

Wow, 12' is a lot of snow. You may be stuck in your house until May at that point.
All kidding aside I really suggest you look into post dating so you're not out that money.

I just called Telecharge -- they said that they can offer a past-date ticket exchange on the DAY of the new performance you want to see as long as it's a mid week (Tue/Wed/Thur) performance. You have to call please call 212-239-6210 after 11 a.m on the day that you want. Very helpful!!
The next day after the performance check the site. If it appears again call # & they will give you phone number even Snowden could not get - the actual box office # of the theater. They will than accomodate you. As soon as Rocky turns up, I will call.
