I love Aaron Tveit, but his time has not quite come yet. If we do this again in 5 years, we might have a very different result. Right now, though, I have to vote Kudisch.

Many of these contests make me wonder if people know the difference in meaning between "greatest actor of this generation" and "current flavor-of-the-month crush".

"Grease," the fourth revival of the season, is the worst show in the history of theater and represents an unparalleled assault on Western civilization and its values. - Michael Reidel

Tveit needs one more point, but I'm voting for the awesome Kudisch so both their numbers are going up

You're reminding me of people you hear at the movies asking questions every ten seconds, "Who is that? Why is that guy walking down the street? Who's that lady coming up to him? Uh-oh, why did that car go by? Why is it so dark in this theater?" - FindingNamo on strummergirl
"If artists were machines, then I'm just a different kind of machine...I'd probably be a toaster. Actually, I'd be a toaster oven because they're more versatile. And I like making grilled cheese" -Regina Spektor
"That's, like, twelve shows! ...Or seven." -Crazy SA Fangirl
"They say that just being relaxed is the most important thing [in acting]. I take that to another level, I think kinda like yawning and...like being partially asleep onstage is also good, but whatever." - Sherie Rene Scott

Wanna be a foster have you not seen Aaron Tveit's body? I know that has nothing to do with acting quality but I felt like it had to be said with that comment. I will still vote for Tveit cuase he has shot to stardum overnight, he is never out of work.

While Kudish is probably a greater actor overall, I don't think he's much better. So I cast my vote for Tveit because Kudish getting double the votes just isn't right...

broadwaygirl99, yes, I've seen his body. And that and perhaps his singing voice seem to be all people have to say about his abilities on stage, which is why I'm glad he didn't get a Tony nomination. I have seen Tveit in one role. I have seen Kudisch in numerous, and he has QUITE the range. Just because someone has a great body doesn't mean they are a better actor.
