there are tickets, i just looked on ticketmaster. i picked a random day (october 23d 8:00pm) and searched for one seat partial view, they had row bb. which is pretty good i think. so they must have them for other days. i don't know if there are more than one together, you'll have to search for that.

Just bringing this thread back to the front page so people dont forget to use it

1) Shoshana Bean will replace Eden Espinoza (Im almost positive). She will be the replacement standby until April I'm pretty sure. I know they are trying to get Stephanie Block to replace Idina. I dont know if thats final or not though.

2)I dont know if they're planning a revival. I think the original will run for quite a while. I think instead of a revival, it would be cool to do a one night only concert version at like Radio City and have each Elphaba/Glinda replacement/standby of the original run sing a song from the show. Like have Eden sing The Wizard And I, Kristin sing Popular, Jennifer sing No One Mourns The Wicked. Like that or something. And of course have Idina sing Defying Gravity.

3) Im pretty sure the movie version will NOT be a musical. However they might record the stage show and release it on DVD. Probably near the end of its run though.

O lol, now I feel stupid lol. No, I just looked that stuff up about the replacements and the movie. I didnt know that off the top of my head (Im not that obsessed lol). The revival thing was just an idea I had so nothing definate. Hehehe
