I'm seeing it on thurday, and i'm really looking forward to it. Even though, the skirts that they've used to cover the legs so break my heart.

If I recall correctly, I think Belle's dress was more extravagant...but still, Ariel's dress was gorgeous.
The ending is pretty much exactly like the Disney movie...I got chills...it was wonderful.

Belle's dress was more extavagant, but given the setting of the end of "BATB" vs. "TLM", it should be.
Ariel's dress was beautiful, and agree...LOVED the ending !!!

I chose, and my world was shaken- So what?

The show will probably offer standing room tickets after it opens.
Mezz Row H will be great...I was in Mezz Row M last night and the view was perfect.

If I'm not mistaken, standing room's been discussed in previous threads. I don't believe it'll be available right from the start, unfortuantely enough. I could be wrong...

The 3rd row orchestra is never a bad seat...if you're willing to pay full price and 3rd row pops up, get it immediately.

Good. That's what I have. I was worried by some other comments that I wouldn't be to see the show in all its glory. Thanks!

What do you guys think of Front Mezz Row E center? Those should be pretty sweet right?

Horrible. Center mezz Row E are obstructed view and you won't see a thing!

Mouses Magic, I think you'll be good with thos seats.
Personally, I don't think they'll have Standing Room right after the opening. It took Beauty a while to have those spots pop up.
Wednesday night, I'm ready!

THANK YOU to those two on that site who posted vids of the show. are there any others than "poor unfortunate, "part of your world," and the reprise of "part of your world" on the site?
i was dubious of peoples' glowing descriptions of sherie's performance, because she seemed a little bored and cynical in interviews and promo for the show (not that i dont LOVE HER and rooted for her in this show) but this clip really verifies, even in this short performance, she is BREATHTAKING, vocally, visually, haunting and commanding. YES!

I saw the matinee today. I loved the cast, the songs from the movie, and a couple of the new songs. I was disappointed with most of the new songs and the set/general scenic design. I felt like they could have done much better... the set wasn't elaborate enough for a Disney show, in my opinion. Also, Flounder's costume is horrible.
In general though I really did enjoy the show. I thought Sierra, Sherie, and Tituss were especially amazing.
Just as a sidenote, those heeleys are dangerous... one of the girls in the ensemble fell completely on the ground during the finale.

WAT and TESTING, did either of you see Mary Poppins? If so, on the WHOLE, which one do you think was a better show? Or if you want to look at it this way, which did you enjoy more?

I loved both MP and TLM. I have seen MP three times so far and loved it every time. However, this past Saturday evening was the first time I have ever gotten home from a show and immediately ordered tickets to see it another two times (Nov 29 and Dec 19)...and I just bought another pair of tickets this morning for January 9th...so I guess I liked TLM better.
