I saw it. Because I'm involved with the production, I won't make my review public (a general rule) - but I will say that I loved the acting, music, and set. I'll also say that Kerry Butler and Kaitlin Hopkins are my HEROS. And the last thing I have to say is that as a straight man confident in his sexuality - David Burtka (the guy in the red trunks in the photos) might possibly be the only man who can turn me gay.

"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."
