Of all the nominees, I have a strong feeling it's going to Cynthia Nixon.
Her performance in RABBIT HOLE was truly heart-breaking and I hope she finally wins her TONY this year.
Any other thoughts/opinions?

Posted: 5/18/06 at 12:28pmAlthough I adored Judy's performance, Cynthia's was layered and quite the emotional journey. I've never felt so strongly about a performance. The Tony is her's.

Posted: 5/18/06 at 12:37pmShe was very good. I thought Tyne was better though. I felt her performance was much more layered. Too bad she's considered Featured.

Judy Kaye! Judy Kaye! Judy Kaye!
Munk - Take a chill pill - "I'll cut you." So melodramatic.

Posted: 5/18/06 at 2:18pmAdd me to the CYNTHIA NIXON deserves this one. I also believe Tyne Daly deserves F. ACTRESS. She has greater competition - but in my eyes, she was given the best role with the best material and she hit a home run.

Posted: 5/18/06 at 5:28pmI gotta chime in on the Cynthia Nixon love on this thread. Considering this category seems to be the weakest of the acting categories, it only makes sense for Cynthia to win. Regardless, she was fabulous in Rabbit Hole and deserves it.
