I love TABOO!!!!! This is one of the greatest shows ever!!! I've listened to the OBCR non-stop for the past 3 months. The story is beautiful, the music is AMAZING, and it's a great show!!
I hope Brooklyn will be a great show, too.

Only one comma. But it's an improvement.

What do you mean by same company? The company has nothing to do with its closing, anyways.

If Rosie were involved, wouldn't it be front page news? Wouldn't Riedel have had a mighty swat at it yet????

wicked4life, did you really just say Taboo sucked?!
I completely disagree.
and to the first poster, because Taboo closed doesn't mean Brooklyn will close.
The company of Taboo was FANTASTIC!! full of amazing dancers, singers and actors!
Don't underestimate them!

IF Rosie's involved, she's probably just a small investor - one of many. There's no way she's one of the main producers and feeding in ten million into this, or else we've had heard about it. Rosie has been an investor in many New York productions, including The Normal Heart.

Are we back to the Taboo debate again? It wasn't great, but it wasn't a total disater either, Great cast, great music, horrible book, inept director. Brooklyn may have a better chance. I believe they did an out of town try-out (which Taboo definitely needed) and it's directed by Jeff Calhoun of Big River fame.
