I was just wondering if anyone knows when it's 300th performance will be? It might be a stupid question but I need to know

If you go to ibdb.com, you'll see how many shows have played thus far. Then, take a calendar, and count 8 performances per week until you get to 300.

Thanks but if anyone has already figured it out or is willing to figure it out, it would be a BIG help
You're probably the only one in the world who cares about the exact date that TARZAN will be making it's 300th performance. I doubt anyone else has figured it out.
And why don't you just figure it out? If it's that important, do it.
Okay you lazy ass I did it.
According to my rough (possibly wrong) calculations, TARZAN will play it's 300th performance with the matinee on Saturday, January 27, 2007.
Now go play.

What is the world coming to?! This crap runs for 300 performances, but pure genius like "Caroline, or Change" can even sustain a run half that?! What?! Ugh.

I agree... If it wasn't a Disney movie-to-musical show, I bet it won't have even ran any longer than Lestat did...
Kudos Munk!

Munk is correct. #300 is Jan 28 2pm. I bet they have curtain speeches and a special playbill and everything. Hurry up and get your tickets to that show now!!!
What's so important about 300? Wouldn't 100, 250 and 500 be the significant performances?

I think 300 is about 299 more than it should be allowed to run. The worst thing i've ever seen on Broadway. If I were in it I'd be ashamed to tell people to come see me in it. I mean no disrespect to those who like it, good for you if you do and I'm glad for you. But if we have to ask when it hits 500, that means that by that point it will have overstayed it's welcome...unfortunatly it looks like that will happen....several times over
I doubt they'll have a special program. Maybe a sticker if you're lucky.

Never, it will be never. Not if my plan works, anyway . . .
munk there wont even be a sticker because NO ONE CARES ABOUT #300!!
I don't know what the significance of the 300th performance might be, but I'm not surprised it's run that long, and won't be surprised to see it reach 500 or more. Disney has deep pockets.
It's certainly not the worst show ever, it's just boring and not particularly well-crafted. The night I saw it the audience loved it, standing ovation, the whole over-the-top thing. That's what's so scary about it - the complete inability to be discerning. I have several friends involved in the production - almost from the first rehearsal it has not been a happy experience. It's a paycheck job.
I guess there is a bet about whether Tarzan would reach 300 performances. Don't know which side our poster bet on.
