Taylor Tomlinson (host of CBS's new show, After Midnight, in what used to be the Corden slot) has a new Netflix special, HAVE IT ALL. In it, she talks about her adoration of Hugh Jackman, and does an extended bit about seeing MUSIC MAN and then bidding for Hugh's sweaty gloves in the BC/EFA Auction post-show. (Spoiler alert: she won, kind of.)
Funny, especially considering some things in the news lately.
Surely the first standup special to discuss Broadway's charitable practices, no?
She's hilarious as is this bit - I've watched the special roughly 4x this week (just to have something enjoyable on in the background while I work).

She's hilarious. I really wish she could get a proper talk show instead of this Ridiculousness knockoff.

Clips from the first weeks were ROUGH but it seems to be getting better (and the guest panelists are also better). I know the conceit is "the points are fake," but it would make it at least 10% more interesting if there were ACTUAL points.
I hope she gets more chances to inject her personality into the show and play with the format. She's so funny and incredibly charming.
I suspect they are also feverishly brainstorming ways to get non-comedian celebrities involved, too, to boost viewers and offer another promo platform...a guest round or something.
