Has anyone heard of him? He starred in the national tour of POTO a few years ago. I saw him twice and was completely blown away. Anyone know what he's up to now? I think he's one of the most talented men alive. He's hot too. The photo is of me and him back in October '02.
I saw him in the Tour as well. I saw him when the tour was in at the Orange County Performing Arts Center, and that is where I first saw Julie Hanson, she was the alternate for Christine. He was simply sublime. He is very nice too, I met him afterwards.
That's where I saw him the first time. I saw Julie as well. Do you happen to remember the date you saw it? I saw it on August 4, 2002.

I actually think I saw it in the beginning of August. but I am not sure.
I saw him in December 00, or 01, can't remember. He was fantastic!
I too covered POTO's last visit to Philly starring Ted Keegan. Truly a moving performance. His final lair scenes in one of the finest I've enjoyed.
Keep your eyes and ears focused to see him on stage again this Fall.
What will he be appearing in? Oh, and what Christine did you see it with?

Ted is amazing. I wish he would come back to NY. Bring him back to Phantom when Hugh leaves.
Former touring phantom, Ted Keegan will be joining fellow phantoms, Craig Schulman and Cris Groenendaal for a few of Mr. Schulman's upcoming "Three Phantoms" in Concert.
October 14,15 in Jacksonville, FL
November 25,26 in Charlotte, NC
(note: Ted will be filling in for Kevin Gray, who's UK stay with The King & I has been extened until Dec.)
So, if you are a Ted Keegan fan, don't miss this opportunity to see him.

Very cool Pati! So when are you bringing this concert to the West Coast? I keep bugging you about it, huh? LOL!
Ted is a wonderful performer. He was actually my first Phantom when I saw POTO at the OCPAC in 2002. I'm glad to see him performing again. :)

I'm up for it Roz. Seems this is booking best in the south, deep south, mid west. But the west coast (CA) and East ( NY,NJ,Conn.) seem flooded with entertainment and that makes it tough for some Bd'e themed projects that are not huge names. Everyone's in the same boat.
But I'm happy for Ted and a few others Craig has contacted to join him. ( Of course he'd love to work with Hugh as he's done in the past, but fortunate for Hugh he's a bit busy now. We're happy for him).
