Hey All -
I've been having the worst luck this morning.
Anyone else having a rather difficult time accessing Telecharge, or BroadwayOffers? Telecharge gets me to 'Find Tickets' and then 'about blank' pops up, and nothing more. Whereas, on the other side of the spectrum, BroadwayOffers just won't load. At all. All insight greatly appreciated.

I just tried them out. They're both working fine.
If you're accessing Broadwayoffers.com through the Playbill discount page / broadwaybox.com, copy and paste the code instead of clicking the link. That might help? Won't hurt to try.

Oh, no, no -- See, I'm going straight to main page, typing in my code, and it's just ... not processing it?
Then, when I try to use Internet Explorer (with hopes that it'll load properly), it won't even bring the site up (citing an error - ugh!) Can anyone help me? Is this common, or is something weird with my connection?

Must be your connection or an IP address issue (TeleCharge and TicketMaster are both known to have this issue). I just tried on my iPhone and all that you're doing worked fine for me.

Posted: 2/23/08 at 1:37pmIf you're using firefox, go to tools and click on "clear private data" For IE, go to internet properties, under the "general" tab, click "delete cookies", "delete files" and "clear history"

Try using Firefox, if you have it. Internet Explorer is an evil, temperamental creature. The fox is awesome! Just LOOK at that picture!
