Telecharge E-tickets

I ordered Hair tickets on April 12th.

I got my order confirmation saying my tickets will arrive within 3 days...and I haven't gotten them yet.

Should I be worried? The show is not until May 1st, but I'm just wondering.

No, don't worry. I have always gotten them within 1 week.

Okay...Maybe it said within 3 days of the performance, but I'm not sure. Thanks!

When I did e-tickets for Equus we waited for a while and they never came so we ended up having to email them and they had to resend them.

I thought that telecharge E-tickets were like those done for Ticketmaster. In that once you order them they get sent to your inbox right away without there being a waiting period.

Yeah me too. I don't understand how it is hard to e-mail them right away.

Sometimes they get bumped into your Spam folder. That happens to me occasionally.

Not in my spam. I guess I will wait and see what happens. However, if I get the order confirmation, does that mean the tickets are mine? Because I know that it says the card company has the right to disprove the order.

I'd give them one more day....then try checking out "your account" at telecharge.

If that fails..I'd CALL them and they'll get right on it.

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

CSonBroadway, They say that the credit card company has a right to say no to the order if it is a situation like you being over your credit limit at the time of the order being placed or something like that. I believe that something similar happens for all online orders no matter what it is you're buying. But, if you know that the card did work and that you know that the order did go through and you still haven't gotten the tickets by the time of the show. Then you can bring your order number conformation with the credit card that you used for the tickets to the box office and then they should be able to print out the tickets for you.

Thank you. I actually used an AE gift card, so I'm assuming they need to check the balance that was on my card and all that jazz.
