Help! I've been blocked out again also, and I e-mailed feedback@telecharge.com on Sunday and haven't heard a thing yet, despite the fact that they say you'll hear back in 48 hours. This drives me crazy, and it also seems like a nutty business practice!
I don't understand what the reasoning is behind why the system blocks you out if you do a lot of searches. Do scalpers spend a lot of time looking for the next available seat? This makes no sense to me at all. I could understand if the system blocks you out if you buy a certain number of tickets in a short period of time, but not for just searching.
