I've ordered tickets for Cinderella next week at the start of the month and opted to have them emailed to me. The original email I got said that the actuall tickets PDF would come separately in time for the show so I could print them. I've heard nothing.
Does this sound about right with Telecharge? Are they opened on Mondays for me to call?

They are there 24 hours at telecharge. They usually email the etickets within a day or so of purchase. It's possible they were delivered to your junk mail.
After checking that, you should be able to log on to your account at TC and have them resent. If that doesn't work, call customer service, they'll fix you right up.

Posted: 4/12/13 at 4:15pmThe actual tickets do come in a separate email from the purchase confirmation. Usually it is the same day that you order, occasionally it may be delayed a day or so. I would call the customer service number on Monday if you don't receive the email by then.

Posted: 4/12/13 at 5:58pmI've ordered quite a few tickets through Telecharge and they have always been emailed to me the same day that I ordered them. From the previous posts, it looks like some have had a delay, though. If you ordered them over a week ago, I think you should definitely contact Telecharge. You might try checking you Spam folder, too, if you haven't done that already.
