When I click on a date for which I'd like to buy tickets, I am sent to a screen marked "handled error" - hes this been happening to anyone else?

Thanks for showing me that -- I did, in fact, have that issue as well ('502 - bad gateway' which seemed to resolve itself for a few hours, then this issue popped up. I am gleaning its just me. I have been desperately checking for Ben Platt's last performance - given my intensity, maybe the theatre is scared to have me actually show up.
Thank you!

It's not just you; Telecharge has been very wonky for the past two days. Sometimes it's really slow, other times it doesn't load at all.

I feel like it's always a terrible system.
Even the reps are horrid to deal with.
Always takes forever!
For some reason I've noticed they've been really ****ty with emailing tickets lately.
Example: I brought for DEH performance on 12-7 on 10-29, 11-12 came and STILL not e-ticket. So I called and was on hold for 45 minutes, they said oh we never sent them sorry, they'll be sent soon.
Same issue with Bronx tale a few months ago.
Why is it so damn hard to provide good customer service? With the amount of fees they charge I feel the customer service should be better.
Who else agrees?

It's a monopoly. They don't have to be good, although it appears that they would sell more tickets if the site was better.
Sad.

Everyone who's never tried to work with Ticketmaster before.

I foolishly tried to call in an attempt to remedy this. I was told "we don't deal with computers."
Um...ok.
While you were on the phone, why not just... buy the ticket you wanted?

Fair question: Because I want a ticket for DEH this week, which requires constant checking for availability.

That's not you having an issue with the site. That's the site having an issue with you. I think it flags you after too many transactions like that and you need to just clear history (cache and cookies) and you'll be fine.

I agree with you and so do many people in the industry. They are basically running a ticket broker business up there. They know when the seats are going to be released, they hit a few buttons so nobody can get through on the site, they bang out the tickets they want ( that's why your on hold so long ) then they resell them on the secondary market for big money. Been going on for years. Isnt that right RL
