The (not so) new Wicked San Francisco cast

Yeah I have to say Kendra back is weird. I do have to say after having seen her with Julia and then with Kerry, she has definitely slimmed down and improved vocally, but it does sort of reek or John Cudia not being able to let go of Phantom. But hey, tons of people stay with the same job, and in this economy I can't blame her.
However, I love Teal and am thrilled she is getting out of LA and hopefully groomed for Bway.

I love Teal, I think she's absolutely amazing so I'm really happy for her :) I do like Kendra, and I reckon she's a pretty awesome Glinda, but I think it's about time she leaves the bubble and tiara behind after this 6 month run if she doesn't extend. I'm not sure about Kendra and Teal together, I guess I'll have to wait and see.
I'm all for bringing Jennifer Laura Thompson back as well, she was hysterical as Glinda!

Guess the rumors of Kendra appearing in the West End production aren't true, or at least never became fruitful.
I was looking forward to seeing what she's got live, from *youknowwhere* she didn't impress me a whole lot but you can never be too sure.
Hopefully they'll pick within the company then! I hear Glinda Stand-By is great at the moment.
Plus I guess the smartest thing for an actor right now is to get a secure gig, and they don't come much more certain than Wicked.

The first time I saw Wicked was at the Orpheum in San Francisco in 2005. My first trip to the US.
Next year we're off to the US again and we happen to be in San Fran the week Wicked opens. For nostalgia, I bought tickets - same city, same theatre, even the same seats randomly enough.
And now three members of the same CAST. Colour me very amused!

That's very cool actually, very weird, but cool!
In this economy, do any of you blame them for holding on to these jobs?

Any guesses on SF's Fiyero?
Cusick? Tveit? Or new-blood?
It won't be Tveit. He returns to the Broadway company on January 20, mercifully replacing the disastrous Kevin Kern.

Go back further than that.
