I think Hugh works well in the role because he is an Aussie playing a fellow BELOVED Aussie. The biggest, meanest, beer drinking lorry drivers still LOVE Peter Allen's music. Filling his shoes could be impossible. OK I am off the soapbox, Havea great day all!!

Personally his singing makes my ears bleed. Okay, not literally. But I do grant you that he's charismatic and has the energy of the Energizer bunny.

He's just made PEOPLE Magazine's List of 50 MOST BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE again ( announced today) - his fourth straight nomination 
I hope you enjoy not just the sight of Mr. Jackman but the show as well.
