The Appel Farm Arts & Music Center in Elmer, NJ did their own take of it during Summer Camp 2006.
The Playah's Club took on John Hughes': principal, brain, athlete, basket case, princess, and criminal in a Theater Minor performance of THE BREAKFAST CLUB:
The Next Stage Theater in Los Angeles, CA took it on in August 2002.

Yup. From the various articles I've read, they just transcribed the film's script, making the appropriate changes (profanity, etc.).
Since it was written and filmed like a stage production (in sequence and basically one setting), it doesn't require much to adapt it.
