Leading Actress in a Musical, because all the talk of an upset has gotten me nervous.
Oh, and I almost forgot to mention...I'm the good cop, he's the bad cop.

An upset can always happen, and nothing is signed, sealed & delivered until somebody opens a certain envelope.
On the other hand... no love for Best Lighting?

If 'Macbeth' doesn't get Best Lighting in a Play, I'm going on a rampage. I'm less fussed about Best Lighting in a Musical, but would love to see it go to 'Sunday In The Park With George'.
Anyway, it's not like there's much waiting to be done for the unloved tech awards, they happen right at the start.

Best Actress in a Play, I would be happy if one of the two ladies from August won it (I'm rooting for Morton) but it goes to someone else, I will be thoroughly disappointed.
And also, for Best Actress in a Musical, just to see Patti's dress and hear her speech.

Does anybody know off the top of their head what order they call the awards in... and what is first on the televised portion of the ceremony?
I'm waiting for Best Featured Actress in a Musical, to answer the actual question.

Now what would you say if today I started over?
Without a thing but this taped together four leaf clover
And I'll pretend like everything is already alright
And I'll run toward the sun till the castle's out of sight

Best Choreography, I'm rooting for In The Heights!
Best Musical, In The Heights will take it
Best Featured Actor, I would love to see Robin win, Gaines has already won like four so I think they should give it to someone else.
Best Featured Actress, I would be happy with Laura or Olga,
Best Actress, Just because I want to see Patti's speech, I hope she sings the national anthem.

"You have two kinds of shows on Broadway – revivals and the same kind of musicals over and over again, all spectacles. You get your tickets for The Lion King a year in advance, and essentially a family... pass on to their children the idea that that's what the theater is – a spectacular musical you see once a year, a stage version of a movie. It has nothing to do with theater at all. It has to do with seeing what is familiar.... I don't think the theatre will die per se, but it's never going to be what it was.... It's a tourist attraction." Stephen Sondheim

I'm really excited about them all (this is my first Tony awards) but most of all, I can't wait for Featured Actor and Actress. I really, really want to see Christopher Fitzgerald and Andrea Martin win. They're so very funny people, especially in Transylvania Mania (that song was MADE for him) and He Vas My Boyfriend. I know Young Frankenstein wasn't a brilliant, well written musical but those two really did well.
