Hey Wicked fans...Telly(Boq) e-mailed me about this today...He asked me to post it for him since he doesn't have an account...so here it is...Check it out, its really cool!!!
WICKED OPENING NIGHT GIFT - EBAY AUCTION FOR Broadway Cares / Equity
Fights AIDS
Telly says:
"As an opening night gift, I gave the entire cast these custom-made
waterbottles. I had two of them autographed by all the principles (Ana,
Kate, Rondi, Gene, Kristofffer, Heidi, Steven, Kristy, and myself) and
they are now being auctioned on Ebay for BC / EFA. If you are a WICKED
fan, and would like this one-of-a-kind WICKED momento, please go on Ebay
and bid for them. It's for a good cause - and like I said, they are one of
a kind. The only folks that have them are the original company members /
creative staff of WICKED (Chicago)! Check out the link. Thanks!"

Just for the record, unless Ana Gasteyer is secretly a man...she's an alumna.
"Not only has Telly signed this water bottle for one lucky winner, but so have the other leads from that production including Saturday Night Live alumnus Ana Gasteyer who plays Elphaba..."
Alumnus is the masculine form.
I'm pretty sure she's secretly a man.

Oh, then it's fine; she's an alumnus.

ALUMNUS -
Etymology: Latin, foster son, pupil, from alere to nourish -- more at OLD
1 : one who has attended or has graduated from a particular school, college, or university
2 : one who is a former member, employee, contributor, or inmate
It is technically correct to call a woman an alumnus. Alumna is specific to a woman having graduated, so would definitely be correct. But either usage is correct. Only the origination of alumnus refers to male.

Does no one find it wildly amusing that it's signed "Boq Choy"?
I find it more amusing that telly can't start his own BWW acct for whatever reason.......
I'm surprised that the item is only at $36, with all of the WICKED fans out there...
well that too, melissa....but there are like 5 days left

I can understand why he doesnt want his own BWW account...he prolly doesnt want to read the stuff written about him.(either good or bad)
