Hey Wicked fans...Telly(Boq) e-mailed me about this today...He asked me to post it for him since he doesn't have an account...so here it is...Check it out, its really cool!!!

Just for the record, unless Ana Gasteyer is secretly a man...she's an alumna.

Alumnus is the masculine form.

ALUMNUS -
Etymology: Latin, foster son, pupil, from alere to nourish -- more at OLD
1 : one who has attended or has graduated from a particular school, college, or university
2 : one who is a former member, employee, contributor, or inmate

It is technically correct to call a woman an alumnus. Alumna is specific to a woman having graduated, so would definitely be correct. But either usage is correct. Only the origination of alumnus refers to male.

I can understand why he doesnt want his own BWW account...he prolly doesnt want to read the stuff written about him.(either good or bad)
