I know the three names of the doo wop girls but which one sings what part? Also, they all have a chance to sing lead at least once. Which one sings lead on each song?

Chiffon sings the lead in the opening, Little Shop of Horrors
Crystal sings the "Alarm Goes off at seven" part
and Ronnette sings "one day he pused a broom" and "Susbequent to the events you have just witnessed"...

Vocal parts are not specified in the libretto/vocal score. You pretty much just need three girls who can sing those particular lines, and then you can give them whichever note you want during any other part. It depends on your performers.
