Hi,
I'm looking to take my little brother and sister to see this for their birthday presents -- does anyone know of any way to get discount tickets for it?
Appreciate any ideas :)
Thanks!

Do you know if TDF offers discount tickets for this show? I couldn't find the info without first purchasing a membership.
Thanks for the reply!!

TDF has Great Comet, although most of the dates they have right now are when Josh Groban is out

Gotcha..my brother definitely wants to see him. Do you know if there are any dates that he will be there for? I know this is research for you, so I understand if you can't help me -- but I appreciate your reply regardless!

The best way to get discounts is to go on the TKTS line at one of the booths that open early. The discounts offered now are for the most part for when Josh Groban is out.

I just got an email today! There's a discount through theatermania.
Does anybody think they will have a discount on the onstage seating? I would love to sit onstage and experience the show through a different perspective, but the prices are holding me back.
I still have tickets for tonight. They aren't on stage but they are on the front row of the normal seating area. Center.
Best Offer
Hey! Do you guys think there's a chance the weekday discount that they had on Playbill/Theatermania ($109 for rear orch) might extend? It was only for performances through last week, and the only thing available right now is for Dave Malloy's performances, who isn't on the two weeks I'm in town for.
Or does anyone by any chance have a direct mail code that works for the last week of May/first week of June?
It doesn't seem to have been on TKTS recently either, so if not I guess my only other chance is to go with the $80 full price tickets in the rear mezz ('m with a friends who's in NY for the very first time so we don't want to waste her time by standing in the rush line for hours).
Im guessing they are holding off on new discounts until after the Tonys to see if they get a surge. I want to get tix in August to see Oak....hopu g for a discount.

there is in fact a discount code through August.. GCNDR503
Ok, so there are discounts for Dave Malloy and for Okieriete Onaodowan, so it's not looking good for the weeks leading up to the Tonys... *sigh
Well, I guess in that case I'll wait til I'm in town to buy at the BO and safe the ridiculous online fee at least
^ Are there discounts for Oak? I can only find the Dave Malloy codes.

dammit, I was waiting for a discount code for Oak but it's not valid for stage seating. I guess it's full price for me!
Is there any sort of discount known for the next few weeks? I am trying to catch it before the Tonys... if possible
