Colin Quinn's Long Story Short (which I believe played Off-Broadway this summer) will be on Broadway at the Helen Hayes staring October 22.

No official announcement, and yet tickets are on sale.

That's great news. I wasn't able to catch this over the summer. I've been a fan of his since SNL and loved his show Tough Crowd.

When does Second Stage take over?

Second Stage has to buy the theatre before they can take over. I can't remember when their option to purchase ends . . . I think at the end of this year or sometime early next year.

There are 3 performances on Saturdays: 2, 5, and 8. I know Quinn's probably used to a lot of performances in one day as a comedian, but that's a pretty intense schedule for a one-man show on Broadway.

The show is only 75 minutes, which gives him an hour and 45 minutes between each performance.
