PM: Read the rest of JMVR's post.
I did, sweetie. I was just being sarcastic.
I haven't had a snarky moment in about a day now.

Well, this seems to be the snarky thread du jour, so have a ball. Or two.

I think it is pretty unreasonable to demand that someone see a live theater production of a show to earn a little extra credit in one highschool class. Most extra credit is due within a few days of its assignment, making it virtually impossible to locate a theater company which is performing The King and I, buy tickets, and see the show. I understand that the movie version of the film is readily available but that too takes takes time and money if you need to rent or buy it. (Although it would of course be a brilliant investment.) I do not support cheating but I do think, in this case, it is a fairly harmless request.
That being said I have seen The King and I on both stage and screen and cannot remember the priests having a significant role that would make them stand out. The walk across the stage a few times but I cannot imagine why your teacher asked about them.

and he wont give u an A for anything.
Good for him. When one of my students came up to me and said:
"I'll have you know I only get A's and I want an A in this class"
My response was:
"And I want a formal dining room. What's your point?"
An A is an honor grade and it is one that is earned, not given out like Halloween candy. Grow up.
