The whole entire night I saw the Producers, hilarious!
During "His Name Is Lancelot" in Spamalot
During the abby-normal scene in Young Frankenstein with Christopher Fitzgerald and Roger Bart. It's even funnier when Roger starts cracking up.
I also couldn't stop smiling during The Producers. It was a great show.
Marta and Bobby's scene in Company, so funny.
Megan Hilty doing Popular in Wicked
The third time I saw Billy Elliot. I hadn't gone in two months and was so excited.
I spent the entire show smiling.

There are TOO many:
The Producers overture
"Under the Sea", "Fathoms Below," "Part of Your World" (in my favorite key, G major!) - Little Mermaid
Beauty and the Beast overture
"One" - A Chorus Line (the final bits of the dance)
All of Xanadu
"Anything Can Happen" - Mary Poppins
All of Hairspray
"The Lion King" finale
"In the Heights" - the opening number, 96000, the Act One finale, Carnaval, and the finale!
Everytime I hear a FULL orchestra!
All of Shrek
"It's Your Wedding Day" - Wedding Singer
All of Finding Nemo: the Musical (It's not Broadway, but it should STILL COUNT!)
"A Little Priest" - Sweeney Todd
The end of "Sunday in the Park with George"
I could go on all day!
...But I won't.
Seeing "Les Poissons" live in Mermaid also made me grin a lot... and laugh bizarrely loudly, embarrassing myself in front of the three terribly cool-looking hipster girls next to me. Just listening to it on the cast album doesn't do it for me.

You got that right. I saw it last night, and Robert Creighton made me laugh so hard. He made the flat/sharp intro joke more noticeable and laughable. "La da da da DAAAAAAA [he cracks, and it turns out he's sharp then he tries it again...] La da da da DAAAAAA [he's flat this time] La da da da [slaps tuning fork on table] DAIIIIII [he's on pitch now]." That was hilariuos.

Everytime the Bad Idea Bears in Avenue Q are onstage.....
Getting a last minute front row seat to see Patti LuPone and Howard McGillin in Anything Goes at Lincoln Center. I didn't stop grinning till I was back in my hotel room.
More recently, Spamalot. It always makes me grin and it's rejuvenated my long-term affection for all things Monty Python.

I don't think my eyes or mouth were open anymore than they were the first time I saw "The Light in the Piazza." The Overture made me audibly gasp. I've never heard that kind of full, beautiful sound from a pit in years. Also, I had the dopiest face at the end of Act I when the mother accidentally walks in and the music climaxes and ends with this amazing bang. Mr. Sherr staged it so perfectly. In the cavernous Beaumount he miraculously made that moment so focused and intimate. I saw that production so many times just for that moment (and others, of course.) I want it back! Or maybe another tour?
A lot of moments in Gypsy, especially:
*When I hear “Sing out, Louise!” and see Patti LuPone walk down the aisle.
*Watching Patti do "Rose's Turn."
*When Laura Benanti and Leigh Ann Larkin first appear on stage when the kids “grow up.”
*”Together Wherever We Go”
*the time I sat front row
Others: “Totally F*CKed” onstage at Spring Awakening, Annaleigh Ashford’s ‘Popular’ in Wicked, Sutton Foster rolling in the hay in Young Frank, practically the whole show of Xanadu, especially getting up and dancing at the end (on stage).

The Cry Baby Overture.
ALL of XANADU. All 16 times, I couldn't stop smiling.
The US Navy lines in In the Heights are hilarious!

I would agree about the Final day of A Chorus Line. I saw the final matinee PUBLIC performance (right before the final show with all the casts). A memory that will be with me forever. 22 minute standing ovation at end, performers crying--AWESOME.
Also Bernadette Peters in Song and Dance.
Freak Flag-Shrek
I can't even stop smiling when I sing it around the house :)
Another Saturday Night in New York, We're Just Friends, I Love You Because, But I Do (all from I Love You Because)
