"Some Enchanted Evening" gets pointage for being classic, I guess.
"You're The Top," maybe? Well, maybe not.
"With So Little To Be Sure Of".
"Barcelona".
"Lily's Eyes."
"All The Wasted Time."
And I'll think of more later.

"Wheels of a Dream"
"Sarah Brown Eyes"
"In His Eyes"
Are easily, in my opinion, the most powerful duets in Musical Theatre.

I have to say "In His Eyes". For all the gripe about Wildhorn, that song is beautiful.
Vocally powerful, "Take Me Or Leave Me" from Rent.
"Are You There" from Bare is beautifully done.
"I Still Believe" from Miss Saigon. Understated. (Yet the song itself has been overdone)

I agree with I Still Believe - one of the more overlooked songs from the Miss Saigon score IMO
Also
'Live with Somebody you Love' and 'If you still love me' from the revamped Martin Guerre (although the latter was unaccountably missing from the 1999 cast album)
Lily's Eyes - The Secret Garden
Not a Day goes by - Merrily we Roll Along
A Woman's Hands - La Cava
Past the POint of no Return - Phantom
Our Children - Ragtime
Also the 'Journey On' trio from Ragtime - I know it doesn't count as a duet, but I love it (although is it me, or does sound rather like Four Black Dragons from Pacific Overtures?)
