The Outer Space at Joe's Pub

Did anyone see this? I saw it last night on a whim thanks to a very reasonable TDF ticket and have to say I was amused. It's a cute show that's often very entertaining. I loved the design which I had never seen done in the Joe's Pub space and thought it worked well. I understand that its a follow up piece his earlier show, No Place To go, which I hadn't seen. Essentially it's the story of a couple's move to "Outer Space" and the issues they have.  

Some of the jokes were quite funny and Ethan Lipton's dry delivery was often hysterical. That said the show doesn't have much content and maybe that's ok. I did feel that it felt a little long even for 80 minutes, but I thought his band was fantastic and liked a good number of the songs. 

A slight if fun night out, especially with a drink in hand.

I was there last night as well and quite enjoyed it. I think it would benefit from another lead vocalist joining Lipton, as everything did start to sound similar.
