Such a shame. There was truly something magical about picking up the latest issue of the Voice.

That is/was a great newspaper. When I came to NYC, it was a primer in getting to know the city. The caliber of the writing and coverage was topnotch and has remained so. A real loss for New York.

I thought it closed 3 years ago when they fired everyone. Already did my mourning.
