Posted: 8/2/07 at 6:12pmI live in Appleton, so I think that I'll see it because the theatre's only 5 min away. I'd like to know who's in the cast, though.

Posted: 8/2/07 at 6:26pmI don't know if the cast is announced or not but I have known for some time that the male lead is someone my daughter (who is in college studying Musical Theater) was in a show with here in our home state of Vermont and we are so proud of him for getting cast in this role. Unless his name was made public some place, I don't feel at liberty to state his name.

Posted: 8/2/07 at 6:31pmI really hope one of those pending dates is Chicago. I really want to see this show. I probably will drive to Indianapolis to see it, but I would rather not pay for the gas it will take to get there and back.

Anyone see the commercial for it on their myspace?
It was very well made, but the guy playing Robbie was horrible.

"Ya wow California was rejected..."
Actually, it's more like the major California cities rejected the tour.

Posted: 8/3/07 at 2:42pmI hope we get it here in Denver. I was at the Tonys last year and really enjoyed their performance. Plus, I was in my late teens and my 20's during the 80's so I think the show will be a big kick for me.

Posted: 8/3/07 at 5:10pmI miss this show SOO much, and it's not even coming to Michigan!! That just pissed me right off! It better end up being one of the pending date slots. I HAVE to see this again. I watched that video and I'm like nooooo. This is most definitley my favorite show. Well, favorite next to Wicked. But that may be because I loved the originally cast. A lot. *Tear* I have to see this again. grrr

Posted: 8/3/07 at 9:56pmAll this talk is making me a wreck. I'm praying it will come to Chicago or Michigan, or anywhere close to me! Waa. I'm a baby when it comes to The Wedding Singer. As soon as ANYONE knows anything about casts or the Pending date slots, post! I'm going to go nuts.

Posted: 8/3/07 at 9:59pmYou can definitely get Baltimore tickets if you know someone with a subscription. We can get seats for any show this season now, before they go on sale to the general public.

Posted: 8/3/07 at 10:17pmI'm so glad this show is touring. It may not have been good enough for the extremely cut throat B'way haha but it was fun! And the choreography was so good!
